Reviews built around a real interaction
A helpful review explains the company service you used and what happened, without turning the entry into another advertisement.
Give readers useful context
Describe your own experience, its approximate date and the part of the service involved. Explain what you asked for, how the company responded and whether the issue remains open. Keep statements proportionate to what you actually observed.
Leave private data and promotions out
Do not publish booking codes, account numbers, home addresses, employee personal details or payment information. Alternative phone-number promotions, unrelated links, repetitive sales text, threats, impersonation and fabricated experiences are not accepted.
Before a review appears
Submissions enter a moderation queue. A moderator can approve, reject or remove a contribution under these rules. Submission does not guarantee publication or a particular turnaround. The absence of reviews is shown honestly rather than filled with sample ratings.
Praise and criticism use the same rules
A negative rating is not by itself a reason for rejection, and a positive rating is not evidence that a review is authentic. Repeated copies of the same account may be consolidated or withheld. Moderation does not establish the truth of every disputed event.
Report a concern
Use the review-report option or contact the publisher with the listing and the relevant review. Explain the concern without republishing sensitive information. The directory can review the contribution; it cannot decide the underlying booking or purchase dispute.
