Kestrel Roads
How information is used on Kestrel Roads
This notice covers the directory operated by Doorstone LLC, including its public pages, contribution forms and private moderation tools.
Reading the directory
You can browse without creating a reader account. The hosting and security service, Cloudflare, processes network requests and related information such as IP addresses and browser request data. Delivery and storage may involve infrastructure in more than one country.
Sending a review
The form asks for a display name, email, rating, title, experience date and review text. If approved, the public entry can show the display name, submitted opinion, rating and relevant dates. The email address remains part of the private administrative record and is excluded from the public reviews response.
Corrections and other messages
Messages to the publisher, suggested corrections and reports about reviews are stored for authorized review. Supply only information needed to explain the request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unnecessary travel and health documents.
Operation and security
Submission limits use a pseudonymous request identifier to reduce repeated abuse. Private administrative sessions rely on a secure cookie and access controls. Records are retained as needed to process contributions, operate the directory, investigate abuse and meet applicable obligations; the service does not promise an automatic deletion deadline.
Cookies and onward links
At launch, the directory includes no third-party advertising or audience-analytics scripts. Essential hosting or administration may still involve cookies and request data. A company website reached through a link applies its own cookie settings, forms and privacy terms; those external interactions are not collected by this directory merely because it supplied the link.
Ask about submitted information
Contact post@kestrelroads.com to request access, correction or deletion concerning information you supplied. Identify the contribution or message so it can be found. The publisher may need appropriate confirmation of the requester’s identity before releasing or changing private information.
